Participants of the ‘GEnter’ campaign continue to hold meetings with the population of Adjara. This time, they met with students in Batumi. Members of TI Georgia and the Coalition for Euro-Atlantic Georgia, along with folklore specialist Giorgi Ushikishvili, discussed issues related to European integration together with students. The young people got actively involved in the discussion on such issues as Georgia’s European future and the advantages of European integration. They talked about the importance of each citizen’s involvement in the struggle against Russian propaganda, which, according to their observation, has become considerably stronger in the region. Members of the Coalition talked with students about their experience and views about the country’s European integration, as well as about the role of youth in this direction. It is also planned to hold on-site meetings with the population in other regions. The ‘GEnter’ campaign is being implemented with the financial support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
